Wendy Joan Williams became born on July 18, 1964, in Asbury Park, New Jersey.[2] She is the second one of three children born to Shirley (née Skinner), a special education teacher, and Thomas Dwayne Williams, an English trainer and faculty foremost.[2][7][8] The couple had a combined 3 master's tiers[8] and traveled around the arena, regularly buying portions to decorate their domestic.[9] In 1970, the circle of relatives moved to the top center class suburban network of Wayside in Ocean Township, New Jersey.[9][10] As a child, medical doctors recommended Williams be medicated to manipulate her hyperactivity.[11] She become a Brownie within the Girl Scouts and volunteered as a sweet striper.[12]
